For anyone and everyone who is willing to take this to heart.
While in ICA, or even not. If you can take advantage of the wisdom and skill around you, DO SO!
My peer coach recommended I get as much peer coaching as possible for free while in the ICA program.
Its free, but its still effective.
I called into the "Communities of Practice : Business" as a requirement for ICA graduation, and I ended up volunteering to be the client. I brought up a real world scenario, and received 30 minutes of good good coaching. WAHOO! YEEHAW! HUZZAH!
Maybe my shouts of joy are not normal for your country, so i wanted to cover the bases for joy where you are.
Then I volunteer to be someone's guinea pig for a trial session. She will try to do a free introductory session with me as if I am a perspective client, I plan to use real live scenarios with her!
Don't hate on free!
